Our Services
We are a full-service veterinary hospital with four veterinarians, offering:
- General and wellness appointments
- Sick pet appointments
- Surgery
- Grooming, including bathing
- Boarding
Before Your Visit
- Schedule an appointment by phone.
- Gather any relevant medical records or vaccination history, and either send over the digital copy or bring them to your appointment.
- If this is your first visit, arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete new patient forms.
- Text Us! Please be aware that new clients or existing clients with new contact information will need to call to update in order for texts to come through to us!
During Your Visit
During your pet’s examination at Southside Animal Hospital, one of our experienced veterinarians will conduct a comprehensive health assessment, checking their body, listening to their heart and lungs, and discussing their diet and lifestyle. Depending on your pet’s needs, we might recommend some additional tests, all aimed at keeping your four-legged family member happy and healthy. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive, stress-free experience.

Important Policies
Appointment Commitment
Your pet’s health is our priority, and we strive to accommodate all our patients. To ensure fair access to our services, we’ve updated our appointment policy:
- First missed appointment: A friendly reminder of our policy
- Second missed appointment: A $55 exam fee will be applied
- Third missed appointment: Future appointments will require a deposit
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
Grooming Appointment Policy Update
All grooming appointments now require pre-payment. This policy helps us secure your pet’s spot, reduce wait times, and ensure our groomers are fully prepared for your pet’s needs.
